Start-Up Forms & Agenda NOW AVAILABLE on School-Day

Good afternoon,
At the start of every school year there are a variety of permission and consent forms that must be completed by our families.
To help reduce the use of paper and allow for more convenient and accurate completion of these forms, this year the following forms will all be made available via School-Day for electronic signatures:
Student Photo and Video Consent Form
Responsible Use of Technology Agreement
Neighbourhood Walks Permission Form
Concussion Protocol Permission Form
THESE FORMS ARE NOW AVAILABLE ON SCHOOL-DAY!
We ask that these forms are all completed for each child by Friday, September 13th, 2019.
Furthermore, our school agendas which are used by all our teachers in GRADES 1- 8, to aid in student organization and communication with our families, will be sold exclusively via School-Day. The cost for the agenda is $5.
THE AGENDAS ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON SCHOOL-DAY!
We ask that the agendas are purchased for each child by Friday, September 13th, 2019.
TO REGISTER ON SCHOOL-DAY - Please follow the detailed instructions provided in the customized letters that will be sent home during the first week of school with EACH NEW STUDENT . These letters will include a unique key code for each child, which is needed to register successfully. Please check their school bags!
*School-Day is best accessed via a tablet or computer, the website currently does not respond well when accessed via a cell phone.
